  1. What is Constant Content? Constant Content is a platform connecting businesses in need of content with freelance writers. We provide opportunities for writers to find new projects, build client relationships, and advance their careers.
  2. How do I sign up for a Constant Content writer account? Click here to sign up. You’ll need to complete a short form, pass a quiz, and submit a 100-250 word writing sample to be approved as a writer on our site.
  3. What are Full Rights vs. Usage vs. Unique licenses? Full Rights allow the purchaser to edit, change, and resell the article. Usage licenses permit reprinting the article as is, while Unique licenses remove the article from our archives to prevent others from purchasing it.
  4. Why can’t I login to the forum? The writer forum requires a unique set of login credentials separate from the main site.
  5. How do I change my email address? Please email support to change your email address.
      Content Questions:
  1. How long does it take to review my article? Articles are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. Submissions for customer requests are prioritized and reviewed faster.
  2. How do I provide customers with revisions or edits? Find your article in the “My Content” section, click “Edit,” and upload the revised file. We’ll notify the customer once the revision is complete.
  3. Why did an article disappear from My Content? Disappearing articles may have been rejected. Check your email, including spam, for rejection notices.
  4. Am I able to edit an article I’ve submitted? You can edit submissions under review, including the summary, price, keywords, and uploading new files.
  5. Why was my article rejected? Articles may be rejected for reasons like insufficient summary length, self-promotion, or grammar errors.
  6. How can I resubmit a rejected article after revisions? Visit the “My Content” section, click “Edit” next to the rejected article, make changes, and click “Resubmit.”
  7. Why can’t I include links in my content? Links are only permitted if requested by the customer. Add this information to the short summary.
  8. Why can’t I contact a customer directly or post contact information? Posting contact information violates our Terms and Conditions, as we facilitate connections between customers and writers.
  9. What does it mean when an article has a status of “waiting”? “Waiting” status occurs when an article is added to a cart but payment is pending or when a customer abandons their purchase.
  10. When will I get paid? International writers must earn a minimum of $50 USD, and US-based writers $5, to be paid on the next payday, the first week of each month.
  11. How do I contact Support? Fill out the Contact Us form or email support@constant-content.com with account questions.
  12. Will I receive Form 1099K for my taxes? No, Moresby Media Inc. (Constant-Content) files US federal income tax returns as a foreign corporation.
